Private Chakra Activation & Soul Healing with Makiko—a quiet online space to release, receive and reconnect with your true self.
Online worldwide · In-person sessions in Lamu, Kenya
What is Chakra Activation?
A gentle return to your own energy.
The seven chakras can be understood as centres of awareness and energy. In a private session, Makiko tunes in to what feels held or out of balance, supports release, and sends focused activation energy.
“You do not need to force anything—or even feel anything. Simply allow yourself to receive.”
02
Receive the activation
Rest comfortably while Makiko scans the chakras, supports energetic release and transmits focused light and activation.
03
Reflect & integrate
We close gently with reflections and any intuitive messages that arose, leaving time to settle before you continue your day.
Is an online session suitable for a first-time client?
Yes. Makiko explains the process before beginning, and no previous experience with chakras or energy work is needed. You can join from a private, quiet space where you can lie down or sit comfortably.
What might I experience?
Each experience is personal. You may notice warmth, tingling, emotion, imagery or deep relaxation—or you may notice very little in the moment. There is no correct response, and you are encouraged to stay curious rather than force an experience.
Is this medical or psychological treatment?
No. Chakra Activation & Soul Healing is a spiritual wellness practice. It does not diagnose, treat or replace medical or mental-health care. Please continue any professional care you need and seek urgent help for urgent symptoms.
